    ****Job Type: Full-Time | Mentor / Trainer Driver
    Experience Required: CDL-A with mentor eligibility

    Strong Weekly Pay + All Miles Paid

    Mentor Drivers start with a weekly base pay of $1,225 – $1,455 (before bonuses) , plus the opportunity to earn more with our new higher CPM pay scale. As a mentor, you'll get paid for all truck miles — yours and your student's — giving you steady income and faster growth.

    Mentor Program Overview

    • Paid 3-day Mentor Development Training ($850 + student pickup/dispatch bonuses)

    • Student drives minimum 5 hours/day; you control the rest of the 14-hour clock

    • Flexible downtime: take a break or run solo between students

    • Long-term earning potential with Elite Mentor Bonus : earn $0.01 CPM for every mile your trained drivers run during their first solo year

    Pay & Bonus Breakdown

    • Base CPM + Tiered Pay Scale (based on verified experience)

    • + $0.10 CPM while training

    • + $0.04 CPM productivity bonus

    • $500 bonus after 10K safe student miles

    • $300 bonus after 20K safe student miles

    Mentor Requirements

    • CDL-A License (clean record required)

    • At least 3+ months of verified driving experience

    • Must pass DOT drug screen, background, and road test

    • Positive attitude and ability to train new drivers professionally
