Requirements

• Must be at least 21 Years of Age

• ** Minimum of 3 Months Class A Tractor-Trailer Exp within the last 12 Months (With minimum 40' Trailer)**

• No major preventable accidents in a CMV in the past 5 years

• No more than 3 preventable accidents in a CMV in the past 3 years
