About the Role:

Big Box Storage LLC in San Diego, CA is looking for a reliable and skilled Class B Driver to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity to be a key part of a dynamic storage and delivery operation where your driving expertise makes a real difference for our customers every day.

Responsibilities:

Operate Class B commercial vehicles to transport and deliver storage containers to customer locations

Safely load, unload, and position storage units using proper equipment and techniques

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations

Navigate San Diego metro area routes efficiently using maps or GPS navigation

Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries and pickups

Maintain accurate delivery logs, manifests, and driver documentation

Report vehicle maintenance needs and ensure equipment is kept in safe working condition

Warehouse/Forklift experience a plus

Position is Tues-Sat 7:30-4pm

Requirements:

Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required

Clean driving record with a satisfactory MVR check

3+ years of commercial driving experience preferred

Knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service (HOS) compliance

Ability to operate hydraulic lift equipment and safely maneuver large vehicles in tight spaces

Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
