JOB REQUIREMENTS

SUMMARY:  This position serves as the primary contact between customer and the company, providing real-time service during online sales, as well as post-sales support covering a range of topics.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Demonstrate a highly professional demeanor while providing exceptional service to our customers and e-commerce accounts.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues included but not limited to: product issues, claims and/or complaints with the utmost of care and respect by listening to their problems and negotiating a satisfactory resolution.

Serve as a liaison between the customer and various internal departments regarding shipping, technical and QC issues.

Responsible for end-to-end promo execution, including event preparations, sample shipments, product specifications, SILO and lifestyle images, and inventory management.

Suggest alternative product(s) to buyers and customers on product(s) which cannot be fulfilled

Collaborate with team lead to allocate product based on needs of events and merchandise assortment for e-commerce programs

Maintain & create working spreadsheets – cross-referencing information to ensure data is accurate and formatted in a way that translates to live site in a content & customer friendly manner

Navigate, monitor, and complete task requirements in account Portal and maintain customer vendor guidelines

Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Company and /or Supervisor and Manager

Follows all Company policies, rule, and regulations, including Safety

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Intermediate computer skills (Word and Excel)
• Two years’ minimum experience in a fast- paced customer service role
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• High school diploma or AA degree
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent punctuality and attendance
• Team player – works well with others

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Normal for office environment
• Ability to work sitting down for extended period and walking 30% of the time
• Ability builds excellent long-term relationships with all internal and external business contacts
• Ability to work overtime and an occasional Saturday, when needed
