    We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making warm calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Responsibilities: Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Learn, utilize, & maintain our CRM follow-up database system with home buyers & sellers regarding their residential real estate needs • Contact our leads via telephone, text, and email to determine their timing and motivation for moving and if ready, to schedule appts for them to meet in-person or virtually with a licensed real estate agent • Ensure organized and current information on all leads and input all communication notes with prospects • Expand our client base by identifying new prospective clients from the leads we provide to you • Cultivate real estate leads who are not quite ready to move and turn them into future qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls, text and email and facilitating communication • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met Qualifications: High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Real estate license or pursuing required Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • At least 1 yr of working as either a telemarketer, telephone sales representative, or a real estate agent • Must be able to learn and follow our system Compensation: $35,000 - $65,000 yearly
