Responsibilities: • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed • Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry Qualifications: • Must have high school diploma or GED • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Real estate license preferred • Some availability in evenings and weekends Compensation: $40,000 - $100,000+
