What You’ll Do:

Support classrooms across age groups as needed

Assist teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging learning environment

Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom

Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members

Step in to support ratios, transitions, and daily routines

Collaborate with staff and leadership to support center success

Have a passion for working with children

Are nurturing, patient, and a team player

Hold a High School Diploma or GED (required)

Have childcare experience or ECE coursework (preferred but not required)
