Position Overview State Farm Insurance Agent located in Tempe, AZ is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Claudia Salmon-Getz - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Compensation: 30,000-40,000 (base+commission)

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Organizational skills
• Self-motivated
• Proactive in problem solving
• Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
• Ability to multi-task
• Bilingual - Spanish required
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
• Personal Lines Licenses (must be able to obtain)
• Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
