    The Role We Want You For 

    The primary function of the Office Coordinator is to provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining office organization, answering incoming calls, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties. The Office Coordinator will be required to work Monday through Friday in our Greenville office.

    Specific Responsibilities

    • Answer the phones
    • Greet visitors (Clients and Clayco employees)
    • Work with the recruiting department for interview office visits/inform securityNew hire activities (key fobs/parking/set up)
    • Inventory/order office and printing supplies, and replace furniture as needed
    • UPS- packing, printing labels, shipping, tracking arrival.
    • Mail- packaging, printing labels, shipping, tracking arrival, sorting, delivering, scan and send invoices.
    • Cleaning/organizing common areas (conference rooms, kitchen, dishwasher, etc…)
    • Put away supplies in a timely manner
    • Maintain conference room schedules
    • Order, set up and clean up office lunches/food for events
    • Daily errands (breakfast pickup/mail/miscellaneous)
    • Update the phone lists
    • Misc. task for Project Managers/Preconstruction (Saving photos to project drives, printing, binding, order drawings, etc…)
    • Expense reports and travel arrangements for others
    • Coordinate events and decorations with building
    • Mornings – prepare office for the day (lights, coffee, dishwasher, etc.)
    • Follow up with accounting for late invoices

    Responsibilities

    • 3-5 years’ experience
    • Ability to welcome visitors in person or on the telephone in a friendly manner
    • High school diploma
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Motivated, hard working
