Job Description

Restaurant Retail Associates support the overall operations of the restaurant Grab and Go.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Give the customer over the top excellent customer service every time they enter our building by always using our grab and go core values.

· Prepare a salad in x amount of time while maintaining company standards of excellence, quality and food safety.

· Prepare a smoothie or coffee in x amount of time while maintaining company standards for excellence, quality, and food safety.

· Monitor quality of food, speed and accuracy of service, cleanliness, safety of customers, and team members daily.

· Have proper knowledge of all aspects of our operation and our vision to make sure the customer walks away with a sense of fulfillment and betterment.

· Promote unity and teamwork among all team member and management.

· Be proactive rather than reactive and quickly solving problems that do arise.

· Consistently have a sense of urgency and strong ownership.

· Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs.
