About the Role:

The Fitness Factory Group LLC is looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team in New York, NY! Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of gym floors, equipment, locker rooms, and common areas

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub all facility surfaces to maintain high cleanliness standards

Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning products throughout the facility

Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly and regularly

Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management

Follow proper sanitation protocols and use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively

Ensure restrooms and locker rooms are cleaned and inspected frequently throughout shifts

Requirements:

Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or facility maintenance strongly preferred

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation procedures, and safety guidelines

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Strong attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness

Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods

Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic

Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
