Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will play the part of support in all aspects of the construction projects and ensure they progress on schedule by keeping the surroundings sanitary for the team. The ideal candidate is adept in cleaning methods on a maintenance site.

Responsibilities

Willingness to learn from others.

Comply with building and safety regulations.

Coordinate with other in-house techs subcontractors and outside contractors.

Report on progress.

Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise, ensuring a safe and clean environment for the team.

Qualifications

This is an entry level experience.

Reliable transportation required.

Basic understanding of cleaning methods and processes.

Ability to lift 25lbs on your own, climb when needed, and remain standing for long periods.

Strong leadership and some resolution skills.

Ability to break large projects into small steps.
