Job Description: We are seeking a dependable Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. This position involves cleaning and preparing vacant properties to ensure they are move-in ready. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize vacant residential and/or commercial properties

Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas thoroughly

Remove trash and debris from properties

Ensure properties meet company cleanliness standards

Report any maintenance issues noticed during cleaning

Requirements:

Some prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred

Valid driver’s license

Reliable transportation

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Compensation:

Pay is based on experience and skill level
