Do you love the look of a clean space? We’re looking for an experienced janitor to fill a position on our team. You’ll keep our building impeccably clean, vacuum and mop floors, wash windows, empty trash, and perform other maintenance and cleaning duties as needed. Responsibilities: • Clean windows, shampoo carpets, replace light bulbs, and supply restrooms, and perform minor repairs on a regular basis • Eliminate dangerous hazards and wipe up spills with squeegees or sponges • Document areas cleaned and let managers know if major repairs need to be made • Perform daily janitorial duties such as vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms, dusting furniture, and emptying trash • Close and lock building doors for security once cleaning is complete Qualifications: • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent • Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite • Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail • Over 1 year of experience in cleaning services as a janitor or similar job • Strong working knowledge of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment Compensation: $16 hourly
