Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
Make beds, replace linens, and restock supplies as needed.
Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors throughout the property.
Dispose of trash and recycling promptly.
Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs.
Keep the housekeeping and linen areas organized and well-stocked.
Inspect all rooms and ensure they meet the hotel’s high standards
Respond to requests and/or guest complaints with professionalism and patience
Requirements
A true team player — willing to help and communicate effectively.
Ability to follow directions and work independently and maintain a high level of performance
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and handle repetitive motion tasks.
Reliable, efficient, and attentive to detail.
A positive attitude and pride in maintaining a welcoming environment.
Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner preferred
Friendly, customer-oriented personality
Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
Able to work quickly without compromising quality
Capable of light lifting and standing for long periods
