Skillbridge Academy is currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Crew Members to join our operations team in Austin, Texas. This role plays a vital part in maintaining clean, safe, and well-organized environments for residential and commercial spaces. Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas

• Follow established cleaning schedules and safety procedures

• Use cleaning equipment and supplies properly and efficiently

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization

• Work collaboratively with team members to complete assigned tasks

• Report any maintenance or supply needs to supervisors

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Punctual, reliable, and professional attitude

• Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks throughout the shift

• Willingness to learn and follow company standards and procedures

• No prior experience required — training will be provided
