We are growing again!!! We are partnered with an apartment community in Fort Lauderdale, Fat Village. Come, join a great team and grow with us. We are currently looking for a cleaning person to clean the common areas and apartment turns in this upscale apartment community. This person must be personable, hardworking, detailed, presentable and have accountability.

Cleaners Responsibilities:

Sweep & mop or vacuum floors

Empty trash

Clean restrooms

Clean gym area

Must be able to carry backpack vacuum

Able to lift 25lbs

Apartment Turnover cleaning experience a plus

Self-motivation, the ability to identify & complete needed tasks without direct supervision

Ability to receive feedback and apply to the work.

Reliable and punctual with a dedicated professionalism to job and duties

Must be able to download the ADP app on your phone.

Must be able to work Sunday to Friday starting at 7am

Salary is $35,000 per year plus bonuses for apartments cleaned.
