Scope of Work

• Clean common areas and amenity spaces • Dust and wipe tables, counters, and surfaces • Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors • Clean and sanitize restrooms • Empty trash bins and replace liners • Clean fitness room and wipe down equipment • Sweep or clean entrances and walkways • Report any maintenance issues or damages • Maintain overall cleanliness of the facility
