    We’re Hiring: Part-Time Manager / Growth Assistant

    eMaids of Camden County

    We are looking for someone motivated, outgoing, and ready to grow with our family-owned cleaning company! This is the perfect position for someone who loves people, sales, organization, and helping a small business expand.

    Position includes:

    Cleaning training cleaners on call for cleanings quotes

    Sales & Business Growth • Cold calling potential clients • Visiting local businesses & introducing our services • Building relationships with commercial clients • Finding partnership opportunities with other companies • Bringing creative marketing ideas • Attending vendor/community events • Helping bring in new clients

    Recruiting & Team Building • Finding amazing new cleaners • Pre-screening applicants • Scheduling interviews • Helping with onboarding paperwork • Coordinating training schedules

    Admin & Customer Support • Answering calls/emails • Assisting with bookings • Following up with clients after cleanings • Checking in with cleaners • Helping collect customer reviews • Supporting daily business operations

    Pay: $16/hour training $20/ hour after 6 months

    Sales incentives for new business brought in without paid advertising

    Part-time

    Remote with some local in-person opportunities

    Must be reliable, organized & comfortable talking to people

    Must be self-motivated — we are looking for someone who wants to help us grow!

    Experience is great, but passion, personality & willingness to learn matter most.
