Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and/or commercial spaces including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing

Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces

Remove trash and replace liners throughout the facility or home

Follow cleaning checklists and company standards to ensure consistent, quality results

Safely handle and properly use cleaning products and equipment

Communicate professionally with clients and team members on-site

Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes

Requirements:

Prior cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work

Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods

Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Milford, DE area

Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Must be able to pass a background check
