Job Description

As a Cleaning Specialist, your primary role will be to clean homes and household items affected by fire and water damage.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Structural cleaning of properties
• Cleaning of contents (household items) following fire, smoke and/or water damage
• Cleaning of homes during restoration and upon completion of project (final clean)
• Contents gathering, packing and loading
• Content inventory preparation (Helping to document the items inside a home)
• Develop an understanding of cleaning techniques, products and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to work in less than perfect environments (mold, smoke, and weather damage conditions)
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Be self-motivated and proactive
• Prior restoration cleaning experience preferred.
• Prior cleaning and/or packing experience is preferred
• IICRC certification preferred
• Prior home cleaning experience is required
• Ability to work independently and work well with a team.
• Must have valid driver’s license

Additional Information

Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20-$28/hour, commensurate with experience
