PMI Indianapolis is looking for a cleaning and sanitization specialist to clean and prepare properties for rent prior to leasing.

Work to be done in the Indianapolis area, Muncie/Anderson area and Marion/Kokomo area.

Responsibilities:

Work efficiently with our online work order systems

Complete cleaning of properties with minimal supervision.

Work efficiently to achieve productivity targets

Maintain material and supply inventory.

Qualifications:

Employee will use own vehicle and cleaning supplies.

Familiarity with best practices for cleaning and sanitization.

Ability to handle physical workload.

Deadline and detailed oriented.
