Bless Your Nest Cleaning is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, self-motivated Residential Cleaning Technician to join our team.

✨ What You’ll Do:
Perform detailed residential and/or commercial cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, etc.)
Follow client notes and company checklists carefully
Communicate professionally with clients and team
Work independently or on a team and manage time efficiently
Maintain quality standards every visit
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Reliable transportation (required)
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass background check
Physically able to clean homes (bend, lift, stand for extended periods)
Self-motivated and dependable
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Experience preferred — but work ethic matters more.
