Job Summary:

Bless Your Nest Cleaning, LLC is looking for a Cleaning Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for performing Standard, Deep, and Specialty residential and commercial cleanings while maintaining company standards, professionalism, and clients trust.

This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, motivated, and takes their responsibilities seriously. You show up on time, communicate clearly, and follow through on commitments. You care about doing quality work and understand the importance of consistency.

Responsibilities:

Effectively and safely use provided equipment, supplies, and chemicals

Follow company checklists and cleaning procedures

Ability to clean floors on hands and knees -if needed-

Vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors, and furniture

Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers’ homes

Ability to work independently after training

Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintaining equipment

Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time

Travel to clients located within Tarrant country and parts of Ellis and Johnson counties

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred -NOT REQUIRED-

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites

Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions

Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment

Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions
