PT Floater - Commercial Cleaner - Night Shift

The Role As a Floater, you will provide crucial support by covering unmanned cleaning sites in your area as needed.

Training: You will receive fully paid, hands-on training during your first week (working consecutive shifts to get you up to speed).

Post-Training: Once trained, you will transition into your flexible floater role.

Shifts: We are hiring for multiple positions and need nighttime floaters.

Job Duties

Clean commercial facilities according to specific site guidelines.

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.

Dust, wipe down surfaces, and clean glass/mirrors.

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.

Clean, disinfect, restock restrooms and breakrooms.

Maintain supply inventory and report low stock to supervisors.

Provide open-site coverage in your local area as needed.

Follow all safety guidelines and established cleaning procedures.

Qualifications

Reliable work history that demonstrates a strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Strong attention to detail and care for service quality.

Good time management skills to complete tasks within budgeted time.

Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects if required.

Reliable transportation to travel between open sites.
