    Position Overview

    Platinum Property Management is seeking a Full-Time Cleaning and Property Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and well-kept properties through apartment turnovers, deep cleaning, inspections, and light maintenance tasks.

    The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has an eye for detail, and delivers high-quality results with integrity and reliability.

    Responsibilities

    Perform detailed cleaning of apartments, common areas, and facilities according to company standards.

    Clean all surfaces including light fixtures, baseboards, fans, counters, cabinets, and floors.

    Vacuum and mop floors, including stairs and hard surfaces.

    Conduct move-in, move-out, transfer, and property inspections; document results accurately.

    Install and maintain lockboxes, manage key organization, and ensure secure key tracking.

    Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper use and storage of supplies.

    Assist with supply inventory and restocking.

    Perform light maintenance tasks such as installing deadbolts, locks, smoke detectors, light bulbs, and bathroom accessories.

    Assist with painting and property upkeep as needed.

    Maintain a positive, professional attitude and represent the company well at all times.

    Qualifications

    Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

    Ability to read and follow cleaning and maintenance instructions accurately.

    Strong communication and customer service skills.

    Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs of equipment.

    Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 8 hours per day.

    Comfortable working around pet hair, dust, mold, and cleaning products.

    Basic knowledge of power tools (e.g., drills, screwdrivers) preferred.

    Basic smartphone knowledge for completing inspections and communicating with team members.
