About the Role:

Sabrina's Cleaning Services LLC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing team in Kendallville, IN! This is a great opportunity to be part of a hardworking crew that takes pride in delivering spotless results and exceptional service to every client.

Responsibilities:

Perform residential and/or commercial cleaning services to company standards

Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and fixtures throughout client properties

Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas

Follow cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions to ensure quality results

Safely handle and use cleaning products, equipment, and supplies

Communicate professionally with clients and team members on-site

Report any damages, safety concerns, or supply needs to management

Requirements:

Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work

Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout a shift

Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Northeast, IN and surrounding areas

Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated work ethic

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Must be trustworthy and comfortable working in clients' homes or businesses
