    In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining safe, clean, and healthy environments — from everyday cleaning projects to emergency restoration work after water, fire, or mold damage. Every day is different, and every task makes a lasting impact in your community.

    Key Responsibilities

    Perform detailed cleaning and restoration of residential and commercial properties.

    Clean structural materials and contents, including assisting with packouts and moving.

    Utilize specialized equipment and techniques to restore affected areas to pre-loss condition.

    Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and necessary supplies.

    Maintain organization and cleanliness of job sites and equipment.

    Execute cleanup and sanitation tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.

    Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout the process.

    Document all work performed and maintain accurate records for reporting.

    Follow all established safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment.

    Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical and leadership skills.

    Position Requirements

    High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in restoration or cleaning preferred).

    Background check required.

    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

    Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions accurately.

    Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

    Skills, Physical Demands & Competencies

    Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance).

    Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights or in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics).

    Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.

    Comfortable working around cleaning agents and specialized restoration equipment.
