Esteem Cleaning Services of Rochester is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our evening crew in Rochester, NY. This is a great opportunity to be part of a professional cleaning team that takes pride in delivering spotless results. Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces during evening hours

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and restrooms

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed

Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and equipment

Follow cleaning checklists and company protocols to ensure consistent quality

Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment

Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to a supervisor

Requirements:

Prior cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Availability to work evening and/or night shifts consistently

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout a shift

Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Rochester, NY area

Must have current NYS drivers license and your own vehicle

Positive attitude and professional demeanor
