What You'll Do

As a Cleaning & Restoration Technician, you'll help customers protect and restore their homes and businesses through professional cleaning and restoration services.

Responsibilities include:

Carpet, upholstery, tile, grout, and floor cleaning

Water damage mitigation and structural drying

Mold remediation assistance

Odor removal services

No two days are the same. You'll work with industry-leading equipment, solve real problems, and make a visible difference for customers.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Comfortable driving larger vehicles, including a Ram ProMaster

Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds unassisted

Basic computer and smartphone proficiency

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Customer-focused with ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year of experience in carpet cleaning, restoration, construction, maintenance, or a related field

Previous experience in sales and customer service.

Comfortable educating customers on available services and identifying additional opportunities to help meet their needs

IICRC Certifications are a plus
