We’re looking for a hands-on, mechanically minded technician to join our field service team.

In this role, you’ll help ensure our clients’ cleanrooms, biosafety cabinets, and critical environments meet strict performance and compliance standards. We provide comprehensive paid training, opportunities for industry-recognized certifications, and career advancement as you master new technical skills.

Employees enjoy competitive pay, health benefits, and paid time off.

    What You'll Do

Perform on-site testing, certification, and performance verification of cleanrooms, biological safety cabinets, and laminar flow devices.

Assist with all applicable cleanroom and equipment certifications following ISO and IEST standards.

Conduct environmental and microbiological sampling when required.

Accurately document test results and complete electronic reports.

Identify, troubleshoot, or recommend repairs for airflow or filtration issues in controlled environments.

Interact professionally with clients and uphold all safety and compliance requirements.

    What We're Looking For

Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in technical field work.

Familiarity with HVAC systems or airflow testing is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right candidate.

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or equivalent).

Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.

NEBB, NSF or CETA certificates are a big plus.

Previous experience of working in cleanrooms is a big plus.

High school diploma or GED required.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Willingness to travel locally and nationally (some overnight trips).

    Work Environment

Field-based position requiring routine site travel to client facilities.

May include roof inspections, HVAC system observation, and controlled-environment testing.

Requires ability to lift and transport test equipment.

Job Type: Full-time Compensation: Competitive pay with structured increases as certifications and experience are gained. Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.
