Cleanroom World is a provider of controlled environment products for lab areas, cleanrooms, sterile environments and static controlled areas. Our customer primary industries include medical device manufacturers, compounding pharmacies, government agencies, electronic assembly, semiconductor, equipment manufacturers and companies with controlled environments. The customer service/inside sales entry position is responsible for supporting sales activities and working with customers by phone and email. The primary objective is to fully assist the sales team in all requirements. Key Responsibilities Include: ● Develop product knowledge concerning all of our cleanroom equipment and supplies. ● Enter customer orders into Quick Books. ● Email customers expected order ship date. ● Check pricing on customer purchase orders are accurate. ● Build rapport with customers by providing accurate guidance. ● Participate in training sessions to gain product knowledge. ● Send out samples of products to customers ● Enter customer names and information into ACT customer data base ● Send out emails to previous customers highlighting existing and new products ● Contact vendors for pricing and lead times ● Some math skills required. Adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing. To be successful in this role, we're searching for a candidate with the following qualifications: ● Minimum high school diploma required, some college courses, or working on a bachelor's degree preferred ● One to two years entry level sales support preferred ● Excellent time management, attention to detail and organizational skills ● Team player with the ability to work well in a small office ● Must be flexible, self-motivated, and prioritize tasks ● Strong verbal and written communication skills ● Computer skills ● Enthusiasm ● Goal setting skills Salary is negotiated based on experience.
