KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage with customers in a retail setting on behalf of our clients to provide a positive customer experience
Answer questions regarding our clients' products and services and current promotions
Identify and recommend appropriate products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences
Create and maintain customer loyalty through excellent customer interactions
Participate in on-going training and development
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 years+ with High School Degree / GED; 2-4 year degree preferred
Must be a LOCAL applicant with reliable transportation
Excellent face to face communication skills
1-2 years of experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-service related field preferred
Fast learner, detail oriented, and positive attitude
