Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist will play a key role in partnering with various business units to analyze performance, identify business opportunities and challenges, and drive informed decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Provide support to the organization relative to productivity, demand planning, reporting and metrics.
• Assist in the preparation of a 12-month rolling budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Conduct variance analysis to forecast, budget and prior-year expenses and proactively identifying areas for improvement.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend specific corrective actions to enhance business performance.
• Undertake ad hoc analyses and projects to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with at least 1 year of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• General knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
• Experience in developing financial reports and metrics to support decision-making.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with a natural curiosity and ability to exercise thoughtful business judgment.
• Proficiency in Excel is essential, with familiarity with Salesforce and ERP systems preferred.

Commensurate with experience - $70,000 - $83,000
