Clear Coast Debt Relief has immediate openings for Experienced Debt Specialists! We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to build a successful and rewarding career with our growing Debt Settlement business. The Debt Specialist will take a consultative sales approach to assisting our customers with their unsecured debt.

Average employees make $65K with top performers exceeding $90K through base pay & uncapped commissions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Maintain leads properly by setting appointments, updating file notes and statuses
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to previous callers via email, text and calls
• Discuss financial options with clients and keep them informed about our services
• Regular attendance and spending quality time with each call

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Debt settlement experience a plus (NOT REQUIRED)
• Mortgage, finance and collection experience preferred
• Phone sales and call center experience required
• Positive and high energy attitude is a must
• Be comfortable with computers, software and phone systems
