JOB SUMMARY:

• Responsible for gathering all relevant information to complete detailed Construction and Restoration Estimates.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Proficient at interacting with external customers in a professional manner.

• Strong negotiations skills with insurance adjusters.

• Ability to track financials and generate profitable estimates.

• Identify and recommend upgrades.

• Compile information necessary to complete a detailed estimate using Xactimate and Dash software.

• Collection and storage of all job pictures and documents, both digital and hard copy.

• Send, track, receive, and verify documentation and payments for each job site.

• Communicate clearly with each customer to effectively address any questions, comments, or concerns the customer may have.

• Remain current with all codes, designs, materials, and trends.

• Communicate efficiently with applicable departments internally.

• Complies with federal, state, and company safety and environmental rules.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years' experience in restoration or construction estimating. • Experience with both Dash and Xactimate software systems preferred.
