    SKINCARE SALES AND MARKETING COMPANY. IMMEDIATE OPENING

     

    JOB REQUIREMENTS: Patient, clear communication skills ( i.e. able to listen to customers/ clients and not what they think customers/ clients are saying), able to juggle multiple priorities, hungry for sales, creative thinker. Understanding and knowledge of all the Clear Essence Brands. Exceptional communication and writing skills. Capable of overseeing and processing all sales orders. An ideal candidate will have a Sales and Marketing experience .

    JOB DUTIES: • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or social media. • Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges. • Place or cancel orders.

    . Process Sales Order • Pick and prepare customers orders. • Track and monitor customer shipments. • Act as the company gatekeeper. • Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions or not available. • Handle product recalls. • Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation ( one-time discount, free gift w/ purchase, etc.). • Inform customer of deals and promotions. • Utilize computer technology to handle high call/ email volumes. • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction. • Sell products and services through weekly in-store promotions. • Set up consignment deals with local barbershops after conducting in-store promotion to increase sales and brand awareness. • Research industry trade shows to attend or events to sponsor. • Research and contact bloggers and influencers with following to promote brand. • Create brand ambassador programs. • Create marketing plans tied to current events, trends, social conversations (I.e.black owned businesses, black pride, etc.) • Manage the development of marketing and sales aid/ promotional materials for sales to effectively promote and sell the product. • Generate Sales by daily cold calling on non performing customers. • Manage the presentation and shipment of all E-commerces daily shipments. • Uncover category, competitor and consumer insight

    • Manage and review product presentation on site to ensure correct categorization, image, copy, pricing and promotional offers are accurate and meet internal requirements. • Perform other assignments that may be directed by Management. • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trend. • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channel( social media). • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan to generate sales.. • Develop merchandising strategy to efficiently move stock/ overstock. • Work with Senior Management to initiate new projects and assist in various projects. • Answer questions regarding postage rate and post office boxes. • Pack and Ship parcels, file claims for cost packages. • Process and Ship all E-Commerce orders timely. • Oversee Administrative responsibilities • Manage Promotion and Materials to establish product branding • Attend trade shows and customer sponsored Sales meetings. • Updating weekly Sales Report • Coordinating with Digital Consultant and Virtual Assistants with weekly promotions and making sure products are available.
