Responsibilities: Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline Qualifications: Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required Understanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferred Banking, business, real estate, or related Bachelor’s degree required • 5+ years experience in mortgage origination with a demonstrable track record of top production in a call center, high volume environment Compensation: $360,000 (75 bps, selling very low rates)
