    Job Duties:

    1. Receives direction from HR leadership to facilitate the implementation and execution of HR programs and initiatives effectively in the organization in the areas of employee orientation and onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, employee relations, career development, and retention.

    2. Identify opportunities for improving policies, programs and procedures based on analytics and trends across the organization. Collaborate with business and HR partners to formulate and implement solutions. Assists with tracking and logging information, creating and compiling data for our HR scorecard.

    3. Interprets policies and demonstrates effective decision-making capability while providing solutions to business pain points.

    4. Participates and/or leads HR projects such as background checks, Form I-9 audits, performance reviews, and employee engagement action plans.

    5. Collaborates and consults with various individuals and departments; establishes and maintains effective working relationships with all levels of employees and subject matter experts (SMEs) such as legal, compliance, IT, and other business partners as needed.

    6. Creates an open, safe environment for employees at all levels by actively listening to employee questions and concerns, providing helpful resources and solutions while acting with a sense of urgency and quality to resolve concerns.

    7. Promotes direct communication, proactive problem resolution and positive rapport amongst internal and external clients.

    8. Processing of employment verifications, terminations and offboarding requirements.

      1. Maintains strict confidentiality of information to include, but not limited to, conversations, documents, complaints, and investigations. Exercise sound judgment in handling or working with confidential data and situations.
      1. Performs other related duties as needed or assigned

    • Ability to challenge processes and look to continuously improve our HR processes and the employee experience

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or related field and/or equivalent experience desired

    • Minimum four (4) years' experience required in HR or operations people leadership

    • Experience in ADP, Salesforce, or other cloud-based platforms helpful

    • Authorized to work on United States

    • Experience working and collaborating on projects with stakeholders from various teams

    • Proven ability to maintain high ethical standards and exhibit extreme professionalism in dealing with sensitive issues

    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and respond with the appropriate sense of urgency ensuring minimal distraction for employees

    • Highly detailed and organized

    • Proficient in Microsoft; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
