Responsibilities: • Communicate with off-market Seller Leads through multiple channels (call, text, email, etc) to build and maintain relationships throughout the entire transaction cycle. • Gain appropriate information such as but not limited to, motivation for selling, property condition, sellers preferred selling schedule, and sellers desired sales price • Building and maintaining relationships with sellers from initial conversations until the transaction closes • Executing standard lead follow-up systems to nurture leads • Conducting due diligence on properties to confirm current and future values of properties • Coordinating inspections and other necessary due diligence between client, seller, and end buyers as required • Secure signed Purchase Contracts for Properties that meet underwriting criteria • Staying current on market conditions and trends and assisting clients in making informed decisions on property purchases Qualifications: • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent negotiation and communication skills • Proven knowledge of real estate and real estate transactions • Strong understanding of real estate principles and practices • Highly competent technical skills and ability to leverage software such as CRM, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and other software applications essential for a virtual position. • A background in real estate sales, finance, or business is preferred. Compensation: $50,000
