This small group practice is looking to hire only the best to grow out team. We have a highly skilled team of therapists and work in a very collaborative environment. We take pride in our quality of care and want to add team members that do the same. This position is a full time, with flexible schedule to allow you to have a healthy work/life balance. We have full time front office staff to assist in scheduling and insurance reimbursement so the clinician does not have to worry about that step of the process. Responsibilities: • Provide outpatient individual/family/group counseling to a range of age groups • Complete therapy documentation in a timely fashion • Be independent and value continued education Qualifications: • Must have a MSW with 2 years experience with LCSW license. • Education in trauma informed care is especially important to us. • Excellent interpersonal skills • Computer literate, with basic computing skills Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 yearly
