The Packaging Industry is estimated to be a $9 billion industry in 2021. Clear Plus Packaging aims to capitalize within the primary packaging sector, mainly food packaging, clamshells, tubs, lids and trays etc.

CPP sets itself apart from other competitors by controlling the manufacturing and distribution process. Competitive pricing & faster lead times.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team driven & fast moving company. Training will be provided within a 90 day probation period. However, ongoing training will still be provided after probation, in the form of weekly one-on-one’s as well as sales manager intervention.

Job Description:

First 30 days

• Get trained with CPP sales process. Learn how to properly qualify & engage outbound leads.
• Start outreach on outbound leads as well as inbound leads.
• Learn about our products and services.

First 60 days

• Start building your client base. Our business model is based on recurring orders, the more clients you have the more orders you will receive on a monthly basis.
• Understand how to discover & uncover larger opportunities.

First 90 days

• Have a deeper understanding of CPP sales model.
• Be proficient in reaching out to new opportunities & close deals.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting $20.00 Per hour + 2% of sales.
• No commission cap

Responsibilities

Qualifying and disqualifying leads using calls & emails. Building credibility and value in our solution through strategic research and preparation.

Minimum qualifications:

Must be coachable and self-motivated

Focused on a long-term sales career

Sales experience preferred but not necessarily
