    Our Saas client is looking for a Lead Product Designer to take up the design torch and help lead the next set of product innovations. You should apply if you are a design leader who can mentor one junior designer, define problems & goals, conduct user research, map user flows, and prototype interactions.

    REQUIREMENTS:Strong visual skills, strong UX on your portfolio sites, experience in end-to-end design UI/UX (web-based over mobile app), detailed and process-oriented case studies, and user-centricity.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Work in a collaborative product development team to identify high-impact opportunities and design experiences that meet our customers’ goals

    • Create multiple concepts and prototypes, knowing when to apply high-fidelity detail and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes

    • Work effectively with cross-functional teams, partnering with Product Management and Engineering to conceptualize, build, and ship highly usable product that our customers love to use

    • Use data to drive your design decisions. You should be confident uncovering insights from our analytics and conducting user research

    • As a the team Lead, we’re counting on you to own the design process, establish realistic timelines, and complete projects on time

    • Juggle multiple projects, have good time management skills, and a “go-get ‘em” attitude

    • Lead the continued implementation of our design system

    • Manage/mentor junior designers and continue to grow alongside them

    YOU'LL BE A FANTASTIC MATCH FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU BRING

    • At least 5 years of experience in designing complex interfaces for small to mid-sized companies, ideally in the B2B space

    • Ideally at least 1 year of experience mentoring/managing junior designers

    • A background or degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field

    • A portfolio showcasing excellent product thinking, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills

    • Demonstrated experience balancing user needs, business goals, and legal/technical constraints when creating solutions

    • Experience creating or working with a Design system

    • Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills

    • Experience with Sketch, Invision, and Adobe Creative Suite
