Agents will drive sales by taking calls and using a consultative sales approach to quote and enroll individuals based on their unique healthcare needs. RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Take INBOUND CALLS from potential clients to enroll in Medicare health plans

· Explain the benefits and features of the various Medical/Health and ancillary products available

· Qualify, educate and enroll individuals into plans that meet their needs

· Enroll clients based on compliance and training requirements to sell appropriate products

· Navigate through multiple system applications to fulfill consumer requests, research inquiries, create leads for follow up and update consumer information

· Understand and adhere to all company, carrier, and/or CMS-related policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Must possess Active FL Health Insurance Sales License (2-40 or 2-15)

· Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate well with clients at all levels

· Strong time management and organizational skills

· Ability to stay confident in high-paced work environment

· Positive and upbeat attitude

· Ability to navigate multiple systems at one time while talking on the phone

· Driven by making sales and not afraid to "ask" for the sale
