SEEKING LICENSED HEALTH INSURANCE SALES AGENTS!

Now seeking career-oriented Health Insurance Sales Agents to join our partner's exciting and energetic Health Insurance Sales team! Agents will drive sales by taking calls and using a consultative sales approach to quote and enroll individuals based on their unique healthcare needs. This Health Insurance Sales Agent position is an inside sales role offering a very competitive base hourly wage plus bonuses. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, sales-driven professional with experience selling a variety of healthcare products through multiple carriers. This opportunity pays $18-$20 per hour in a base salary, plus offers uncapped bonuses. Most agents earn $65,000-$85,000+ per year!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Take INBOUND CALLS from potential clients to enroll in healthcare plans

· Explain the benefits and features of the various Medical/Health and ancillary products available

· Qualify, educate and enroll individuals into insurance plans that meet their needs

· Enroll clients based on compliance and training requirements to sell appropriate products

· Navigate through multiple system applications to fulfill consumer requests, research inquiries, create leads for follow up and update consumer information

· Understand and adhere to all company, carrier, and/or CMS-related policies and procedures.

· Driven by making sales and not afraid to "ask" for the sale

REQUIREMENTS:

· Must possess Active FL Health Insurance Sales License (2-40 or 2-15)

· Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate well with clients at all levels

· Strong time management and organizational skills

· Ability to stay confident in high-paced work environment

· Positive and upbeat attitude

· Ability to navigate multiple systems at one time while talking on the phone
