    Role of Business Development Representative

    To successfully promote, market, and sell by meeting face to face with customers and delivering excellent customer service. (No residential or business to business sales)

    Requirements

    Must be comfortable in working independently and being self-managed

    Must be able to build rapport and close sales quickly as a sales and marketing specialist

    Comfortable and experienced with Salesforce, CRM systems, and tablet use

    Must be excited to drive sales lead generation at retail partner locations, local Chicagoland events, tradeshows, and other local festivals (Entry is always included)

    Negotiation skills and knowledge

    Responsible for maintaining customer relationships

    Must undergo criminal background check

    Bilingual a plus

    Compensation/Benefits

    Compensation - Pay consists of an hourly pay guarantee and uncapped commissions. Estimated first year income $37-45k
