    Job Description

    ClearComp works directly with employers and workers compensation insurance companies to provide Physical Therapy, (PT), for patients injured at work, (www.ClearCompPT.com). ClearComp Patient Managers, (PM), receive by phone and email, patients that are in need of physical therapy. PM calls the patient and the ClearComp physical therapy facility closest to the patient and schedules the patient's PT appointments. PM manages the patient's PT care and communicates their progress by phone and email, to the insurance adjuster, case manager, treating physician and employer until the patient is ready to return to work. Essential Job Requirements: 1. Because this position works 3 days in the ClearComp office and 2 days from home, candidates must have a family care plan to allow for a quiet, organized work environment. 2. Cheerful, upbeat and helpful phone persona 3. Committed to delivering the best customer service in the workers compensation industry. 4. Independent self starter 5. Organized and disciplined 6. Process oriented 7. Computer proficient in WORD, Gmail, Efax, and patient/customer management software. 8. Able to thrive in a high volume/busy healthcare environment.
