Our company is currently seeking ​a Healthcare Billing And Payables Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Check the accuracy of vendor bills received
• Generate accurate bills, based on state fee schedules and customer agreements
• Submit bills to customers timely
• Generate receivables reports and follow up on overdue payments
• Post payments and reconcile accounts accurately.
• Pay vendors timely.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Working knowledge of billing, receivables and payables
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
