We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Engineering Operations who can provide leadership and direction for several technology teams - including guiding architectural and design decisions, driving towards completing key initiatives, resource planning, and removing impediments.  You will be a member of the Executive Management Team and influence and support corporate strategy. You will work closely with the Product team on multi-quarter roadmaps, epic grooming, and sprint planning.  You will need to build and cultivate strong relationships with business leaders and partners.  You must be able to provide skill development and career coaching and support for team members to develop their technical, business, and professional skills.

• Help create and foster a positive culture that unites the teams and connects them to Clear One's mission, vision, and strategy

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field / equivalent experience
• 12+ years Information Technology experience
• 8+ years direct people leadership experience; 3+ years in a tiered leadership role (managing managers)
• 3+ years working in Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud environment
• 3+ years working with multi-tiered solutions involving APIs, services, messaging, monitoring, logging, etc.
• Experience with SalesForce CRM
• Strong Microsoft stack experience (.NET, C#)
• Strong front-end experience (React, Node, or Angular frameworks, specifically)
• Strong scripting experience (Python, Bash, Go, PowerShell, etc.)
• Strong database experience (SQL Server, Oracle, PostreSQL, Aurora, etc.)
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems as well as Docker-based infrastructure (Kubernetes, ECS) in a highly available environment
• Experience with mobile development technologies for both iOS and Android
• Exceptional people leadership and ability to coach and develop other managers
• Ability to consistently influence and drive technical work in those with greater technical depth
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to both technical peers and business customers
