Program Manager with ERP Implementation & Solution Architecture experience

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team here at ClearPrism. We are a fast-growing technology-based advisory firm. ClearPrism is a different type of advisory firm – orchestrating partners for delivery, build on a platform of predictive analytics and business simulation tools.

In this role, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of ERP related projects across multiple customers. Must be passionate about helping customers achieve desired results!

The ideal candidate has both Program Management and high-level Solution Architecture experience with strong technical/application background.  Understands the challenges and can guide teams for what needs to be done, and what makes sense to integrate on the various applications for overall business capability.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement large IT Business Systems projects
• Direct and lead the work of business process design, application development, and technical staff
• Evaluate new IT strategies and procedures
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
• Maintain required project documentation
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
• Ability to manage a variety of different team members from different areas/firms each with their own methods remotely and onsite
• Relationship development with Client business and IT Leaders, become a "Trusted Advisor"
• Facilitation expertise a must

Qualifications:

• 10+ years industry and ERP experience
• 5+ years of experience in professional program management
• Consulting experience required
• Has done multiple ERP implementations (Infor or SAP preferred)
• Experience integrating different applications to act as a single unified system
• Experience driving different aspects of an implementation:
  • Customer relationship/expectation management
  • Org Change Mgt
  • Project Mgt
  • Multiple technical and functional teams
  • Business Process (Re)Engineering.
  • End-User Training
  • Able to be a Business/Project Consultant, “Trusted Advisor” for the Client
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
• Strong project management skills
• Previous experience in information technology or other related fields
